Scentsplit is AMAZING! Their website is very easy to navigate and their samples are 100% authentic. Packaged with great care and swift delivery. I have placed several orders in the last two months with great satisfaction! My last order had a leak issue and when I emailed Customer Support, in less than 2 hours, I received a very kind and professional response from an associate named ADAM. Adam resolved the issue "WITHOUT DELAY". I was like 😮...and then I was 😃 and now I am 🤗! Thank you Adam🤝. I immediately placed another order!

I decided to try decants before buying, saving money and getting a chance to sample. ScentSplit has variety for evey price point. Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I've placed 7 orders from ScentSplit since 2017 and haven't had one problem. Over that time, I've spent a few hundred dollars there, although I usually order with a coupon code too.

Sometimes they have things I can't find anywhere else, which happened TWICE, just with my last order, so I was thrilled. One of them was Prada's Midnight Train, a discontinued fragrance. This way I can try a sample of a fragrance that others are only selling full bottles for, and if I don't like it, well, it's saving me hundreds on a blind buy. I appreciate them and their varied collection.

All my puchases with Scent Split have been great! The fragrances are always packaged perfectly with care. Customer service is excellent and professional. Great way to try fragrances before committing to buying a full price bottle.

Fast shipping and packed very well. Will be using them again to try different scents before I buy the big bottle. And the way these cologne prices are getting it’s nice to try before you spend the big money.

I ordered a sample from ScentSplit.com, and the USPS botched the delivery. So I spoke to a company representative who was courteous and sent me a replacement. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone shopping for a new scent.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company! Their fragrance selection is amazing, although they just mostly have niche fragrances. What I love most is that I can try out these luxurious fragrances without breaking the bank. Plus, my package arrived in just one week from ordering!

The only minor issue I encountered was a slight leakage from the atomizer when spraying, but it's not a big deal. I simply dab the excess fragrance on my skin and it's good as new. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase and am planning what to order next.

I discovered Scent Split a couple of years ago and am so glad I did. I am a Perfumista and pay the big bucks for something wonderful, but I always need samples first to make sure a scent doesn’t trigger a migraine. I love discovering niche brands here and it’s also great to be able to get lots of large samples instead of buying full bottles that I sometimes grow tired of. And I can’t say enough about how PHENOMENAL the customer service is. They are always so helpful and amazingly kind. I have worked with Adam a few times and he is the absolute best! If you haven’t tried this company yet, do it and tell everyone you know to also!!

I've been buying from Scent Split for a long while now, It's always my first choice when I want to sample new releases of niche fragrances, they have a very wide selection to choose from. Their Customer Service is excellent (they always respond emails and do their best to answer questions and solve issues), and their delivery service never fails, I recommend them 100%!

No delivery. Package was delivered to wrong city. I was sent an email from Scent Split stating it was delivered to the correct address according to the tracking information which wasn't true. The tracking information still had the wrong city. The package is insured but the insurer wants me to wait 20 days before they can take action. I guess I'll stop payment with my credit card company. Who wants to risk receiving a tampered with package?

My friend received his early birthday gift because he just couldn’t wait til’ the actually day! Lol. He says, “Leatherize is nice and beastly.” He layered it with a triple spray of a cherry scent and made it very dark with super projection.

Haven’t received my order. Checked tracking and it says label has been created and will update when package is in system. Over 2 weeks and yet to post. They haven’t responded to my emails so will have to try get a refund through my credit card.
